That day, I was thinking to buy a long ruler (100 centimetres one) as I needed it for drawing pant pattern, well... it was convenience to have a long ruler.
When I went to sewing material shop and asked for it, I only know that I need to register with government for buying long ruler =.=" and price even different between home usage and public usage. Then, boss even told me I cannot bring this ruler on road as police can catch me for that.
Ok, this is the first time I know owning a ruler actually own a weapon, is that mean all tailors are armed?
Now, I wonder if other countries are doing the same? I will see it when I visit to other countries.
